Blog Manifesto

This Blog is my personal commentary on the state and condition of the Financial Industry in the United States of America. As a soon-to-be college graduate, my commentary is on job seeking and the concerns that arise; the job market, government intervention and business growth.

Job Growth: Personal Financial Advisors

This is a small exert from the Occupational Outlook Handbook, 2010-11 Edition that shows the anticipated job growth for Financial Analysts. A 30% is not a great number but it certainly is good amongst other sectors that are looking at a decline over the same time period.

Hello Internet

Hello Everyone,
My name is Mario Francis; hometown is Miami, FL, Go Heat! (Basketball Reference) I currently reside in Hampton Roads, VA.  I work for UPS as a Package Investigator (its more boring than you can imagine). I am also married with a 5 year old. I have three more classes before I am free; I’m going for a degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance.
My dream is to be an Entrepreneur; I have a series of businesses that I will start when I graduate. Truthfully I'd like to start now, but my wife would have a cow if I didn’t finish school first. I love taking classes related to business, especially as it relates to small business and investing.
My greatest achievements to date have all been really personal in nature regarding my spiritual development and salvation. My family ranks at a close second but I can hardly take credit for the satisfaction that they bring me.
